It’s important for schools to provide a good learning environment for their students. A study has proven that LED lighting can improve students concentration and boost their performance. This is because traditional florescent bulbs are prone to flicker and cause migraine headaches. Florescent bulbs are also known for a short life resulting in missing bulbs and unlit rooms.

LED bulbs need very little maintenance which is beneficial during term time. Benefits of LED lighting include saving money on energy bills, a payback period of up to 3 years, brighter and better working conditions for both and staff and pupils. Our LED bulbs have a lifetime up to 63,000 hours and almost all products have a 10 year warranty, plus payback on our LED lighting can be achieved in less than 3 years.

maiden erlegh chiltern edge
Maiden Erlegh Chiltern Edge is a secondary school based in Reading. The school caters for students aged 11 to 16. In August 2018, Chiltern Edge converted to an academy and was renamed Maiden Erlegh Chiltern Edge. The school is now sponsored by the Maiden Erlegh Trust.
